We had a great stay at Innside! The location was perfect for all the business districts in SP, and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes, groceries, and shopping malls nearby. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast had a nice variety, including tasty fresh juices. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. We especially appreciated the VIP treatment for our rented car, with it being carefully parked in the garage for us and brought right outside the hotel entrance when we needed it. everything was in excellent condition and the staff was fantastic.

It has perfect, good setting, right by various great bars, and the center of Itaim, an upscale, happening neighborhood where various great bars and restaurants can be reached by foot.

This hotel is super clean and in a great location! It's close to a cool area that's been refurbished and has lots of restaurants and shops. The staff is friendly and helpful - they even make omelettes for breakfast if you ask!

I recently stayed at a reasonably priced hotel in a great neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and always clean, with a bathroom that had a good counter and a decent hairdryer. The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by great restaurants, a grocery store, and a beautiful park within walking distance. The staff was fine, and the service was adequate. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and value for money.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as no sound isolation, limited TV channels, and poor internet connection, the positives of this hotel outweighed the negatives. The bathroom facilities were satisfactory, and the room had a sleek design with comfortable amenities.

Was a perfect base for weekend. The hotel was clean with best possible location and functional rooms. The staff was helpful from the moment we arrived. The service provided there was good.

The hotel met expectations, it was a REAL GOOD stay for my business trip. Location: the venue was short walk to many nice restaurants, supermarkt, farmacies, the center of Itaim and the business district. Cantinho do Doce set just 300 feet away from the hotel, had a Japanese cuisine.

The location of Innside is unbeatable! Just a few blocks away from my favorite restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great and quiet location for exploring Sao Paulo, welcoming stuff upon my request. Positioned in the good area, just next door to happening neighborhood where various great bars, nice bars and restaurants on walking distance, and restaurants areas.

The room was nice and clean with plenty of extras ie soaps, toothbrushes etc and my bed was big and comfortable. The towels were clean and plentiful.

The breakfast was not so good. Not even a good toaster~`àlso the channels are so limited on tv

By and large, it was well priced place with pleasant staff upon my request.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood downtown, close to many nice restaurants and just around the corner from a great grocery store. The rooms are clean and tidy with wood flooring and charging points by the bed. The gym is well-located on the top floor and has some nice open areas that you can walk out to grasp how massive the city is.

The free net connection is said to be terrible and the paid one is perceived as a rip off.
